EU & UK orders over €150 ship under DAP terms. Import VAT and customs duties are paid by the recipient upon delivery. For planning purposes, please budget approximately 35 percent of your order total for these charges. Final amounts are determined by your local customs office.
If you refuse to complete customs clearance and the parcel is returned, abandoned, or destroyed, no refund will be issued in any case.
