Shipping policy

At FRKM SCD, we believe that a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience is paramount. We are thrilled to offer you a range of shipping options to meet your needs.

Complimentary Services and Offers:

Free Shipping on Qualifying Orders: We offer complimentary standard shipping on orders over $300, €300, or £300. A nominal shipping fee not exceeding $15, €15, or £15 will be applied for orders that do not meet this threshold. 

Order Fulfillment:

Orders are typically shipped within 1-3 business days of payment. If a unique situation prevents us from shipping your order on time, the logistics manager will notify the customer immediately.

• Hassle-free Returns: Our return policy ensures that returning products is easy if there are any problems with your order.

Duties, taxes & VAT

• EU (while IOSS not active): import VAT/duties/clearance fees may be collected by the carrier on delivery; we do not charge EU VAT at checkout in this phase. If you refuse to complete customs clearance and the parcel is returned, abandoned, or destroyed, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

• EU (once IOSS is active): for consignments up to €150, we’ll collect import VAT at checkout (no extra VAT on delivery). We’ll keep the IOSS Explained page updated.

• UK & Switzerland: import VAT/duties may be collected on delivery.

• US: sales tax is collected where required by law (nexus-based). Where not collected, you may owe use tax.

Tracking & signature

• Every parcel includes tracking.

• Signature on delivery is required for orders ≥ USD/EUR/GBP 250 or for carrier-flagged high-risk addresses.

• If tracking shows Delivered and you can’t locate the parcel, please check with household members/reception/neighbours and contact us within 7 days so we can open a carrier investigation.

Packaging:

Our packaging is specially designed to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. We use eco-friendly materials wherever possible, and our packaging is sturdy and reliable, protecting your items during transit.
