Welcome
Welcome to FRKM SCD. We are a United States brand incorporated in Delaware that focuses on fast, safe and transparent delivery. You will see clear timelines, optional Shipping Protection, and prices that include taxes where we can. This page explains how we work so you get a smooth, no‑surprises experience.
1) Company details and contacts

Where we ship now: United States, EU, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Australia, NZ, Brazil, Chile, Columbia, Canada, Mexico, Japan, South Korea.
2) Placing an order
You place an order by completing checkout. Your order is an offer to buy. We accept only when we dispatch the product and send a dispatch email. If an item is unavailable, it will not form part of the contract and we will refund any amount paid for that item. We may run automated anti‑fraud checks and can cancel and refund orders that fail verification.
3) Prices, taxes and duties
Prices are shown in the currency indicated on site. Delivery charges are shown at checkout.
EU transparency: where possible, we show prices inclusive of all taxes for EU customers at the checkout. When we start using IOSS, EU orders up to EUR 150 will include import VAT at checkout. We will publish an explainer at frkm-scd.com/pages/ioss.
While IOSS is not used: import VAT, duties and clearance fees may be collected by the carrier on delivery.
UK and Switzerland: import VAT and duties may be collected by the carrier on delivery.
United States: we collect sales tax where required by law. If tax is not collected at checkout, you may be responsible for use tax in your state. We do not provide tax advice.
4) Delivery, speed and risk of loss
We ship from China using express or economic services. In‑stock items to major cities in the countries above typically arrive in 4 to 5 business days or 6 to 12 using economic settings. Times are estimates, not guarantees, and exclude pre‑orders, made‑to‑order items, peak seasons and events outside our control. Risk passes on delivery to the address you provided.
Signature on delivery: required for orders of USD 500 or more or where a carrier flags a high‑risk address.
Using your own carrier or forwarder: if you choose a carrier that is not offered at our checkout, risk passes when we hand over the parcel and our Shipping Protection and fast‑track support do not apply to that shipment.
5) Shipping Protection (optional)
You can add Shipping Protection at checkout. It is a customer benefit, not insurance. It enables faster resolution if a parcel is lost in transit before delivery or arrives physically damaged.
How to claim:
Damage: report within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the outer box, inner packaging and item.
Non‑receipt when tracking shows Delivered: report within 7 days of the Delivered scan so we can open a timely investigation.
No movement in transit: report if there is no new carrier scan for 10 days.
If you do not purchase Shipping Protection, we will still assist you with the carrier’s investigation. Replacement or refund follows the carrier’s final determination. This section does not limit your statutory rights.
6) Right of withdrawal for EU/EEA and UK consumers
If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from most distance purchases within 14 days without giving a reason. The 14 days run from the day you, or a person you nominate other than the carrier, receives the goods. If we fail to inform you of this right before purchase, the period can be extended by up to 12 months by law. We provide a model withdrawal form on request.
Send back the goods within 14 days after telling us you withdraw. We refund all payments, including the standard outbound delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving the goods back or of proof of return, whichever is earlier. We may deduct any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Return shipping costs and deductions:
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty.
If we provide a prepaid return label, we will deduct the actual label cost from your refund.
Any non‑recoverable customs, VAT or clearance costs on the return may be deducted from your refund, unless the item is faulty.
Faulty items: we cover reasonable return shipping and provide repair or replacement, or a refund if that is not possible within a reasonable time.
Exceptions: personalized or made‑to‑order goods, hygiene‑sealed goods once opened, and other statutory exceptions. We clearly flag such items on the product page and at checkout.
7) Returns, exchanges and refunds
Outside the statutory withdrawal right, we offer a simple returns process:
Condition: unworn, unwashed, tags attached, original packaging.
Exclusions: final sale items, gift cards, custom or made‑to‑order products, hygiene‑sealed items once opened, unless faulty.
Process: start your return via the link in your order email, provide photos for defects, choose refund, store credit or exchange.

8) Pre‑orders and made‑to‑order
Estimated ship windows are shown on the product page and in your order email. Timelines may shift due to production or logistics. If a significant change occurs, we will notify you and offer options. Personalized or made‑to‑order pieces are not eligible for withdrawal once production has started, except if faulty.
9) Order changes and cancellations
We can usually amend addresses or cancel within 60 minutes of purchase during business hours. After dispatch, parcels cannot be redirected. If a parcel is returned for incorrect address or non‑collection, we refund the item price less shipping and any non‑recoverable fees once it arrives back in resalable condition.
10) Pricing, promotions and reviews
We may correct obvious pricing or availability errors and cancel affected orders before dispatch.
Discount codes may be country‑specific and time‑limited. Only one promotion per order unless stated otherwise.
In the EU we present discounts transparently and, where required, show the lowest price in the 30 days before the reduction.
Reviews labeled Verified Purchase are from customers who bought the item. Incentivized reviews are clearly marked, and we explain how verification works.
11) Communications and subscriptions
Marketing subscriptions are optional and require clear opt‑in per channel. You can opt out at any time. Transactional messages about your orders will still be sent. Channels offered: Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Push.
12) Accounts, minors, suspension and termination
Minors: our services are not directed to children under 13. If you are 13–17, you may create an account only with verifiable parental or guardian consent. We limit data collection and marketing for minors to what is necessary, and we do not send marketing without explicit consent. Jurisdiction‑specific age thresholds are respected where higher consent ages apply.
Acceptable use: keep credentials confidential, do not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or attempt unauthorized access.
Suspension or termination: we may suspend or terminate for cause for breach, fraud, illegal activity, or security risk. For non‑cause business reasons, we provide 30 days’ notice where feasible. Immediate action may be taken where required by law or to protect users, partners or our service.
13) Intellectual property and user‑generated content
All site content, trademarks, logos, product names, photos and designs are owned by or licensed to DrippieLAND. Personal, non‑commercial use only. No copying or redistribution without our prior written consent.
If you tag us or submit content to us, you grant DrippieLAND a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, worldwide license to display and repost that content in our websites, social channels, ads and lookbooks, and to allow our service providers to do so on our behalf. Examples include reposting on Instagram, using photos on a product page, or including an image in a campaign. You may withdraw this license for future use at any time by emailing studio@frkm-scd.com with links to the content. This does not require us to recall or delete materials already produced or paid placements already booked.
14) Payments and security
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Your bank may require Strong Customer Authentication for card payments, for example a one‑time code or biometric verification.
15) Warranties and liability
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. For business buyers, our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for the product.
16) Disputes and consumer help
Please contact support first, most issues are resolved quickly. EU and EEA consumers can seek help from their national European Consumer Centre (ECC‑Net) for cross‑border purchases. Note, the EU ODR platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025, so we do not provide an ODR link.
17) Governing law and jurisdiction
Consumers: the mandatory laws of your country of residence apply in addition to these Terms and you may bring proceedings in your local courts. Recognizing these rights does not create an EU establishment for DrippieLAND Inc.
Business customers: these Terms are governed by the law of Delaware, USA, with exclusive venue in the state or federal courts sitting in New Castle County, Delaware.
18) Force majeure
We are not responsible for delay or failure where performance is prevented by events outside our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, civil unrest, labor disputes, government actions, major carrier disruptions, or internet and power outages. We will notify you and take reasonable steps to minimize impact. If such an event continues for more than 30 days, either party may cancel the affected order for a refund of amounts paid for undelivered items.
19) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes that adversely affect consumer rights will be notified in advance, for example by email or a prominent site notice, and will take effect no sooner than 30 days after notice. Minor edits that clarify wording or add new features without adverse effect may take effect on posting. Continued use after the effective date signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.
